Staff training is essential to the successful running of parks, so BH&HPA arranges a comprehensive training schedule to help members to upskill their teams.

Training is provided by external specialists and hosted either online or at member parks. Parks who choose to host a training session will receive two free places for members of their own team to attend.

This year’s training programme includes courses on:

• Hot tub safety
• Legionella and asbestos awareness
• Managing park contractors and maintenance work
• Moving and siting caravans
• Park manager health and safety
• Water regulations
• ChatGPT and artificial intelligence (AI)
• Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• Paid advertising
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Mental health first aider training

All courses are available to book via the members’ website, at additional cost. They are run on a first-come, first-served basis, usually with a minimum of 8 and maximum of 15 delegates per course. Training opportunities are available throughout the year.
